IF YOU DO NOT APPROVE any of the changed rules, do not use our service.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to change, modify or update these Terms of Use as soon as possible.

Booking Company (referred to below as a user)

Then, YOU APPROVAL, you will be bound by such changes, changes or updates.

1.1 TRANSFER TRAVEL / BOOKINGS

We recommend that our customers book a car in advance (free of charge) to be guaranteed a car at the time of collection. We can provide you with a car with short notice by telephone or online, subject to availability.

1.1.1 TRANSFER RIDES /,HOURLY BOOKINGS CHANGE IN SERVICE

The user can choose between transfer journeys and bookings per hour in his booking request. If the travel request, in accordance with the user’s or the passenger’s express request, requires additional efforts in comparison to the original travel request, Gothia Transfer & Limousine shall be responsible for the possible travel. Such an amendment may result in additional costs for the individual agreement (see section 4 for more information).

Changes to the travel arrangements are subject to Gothia Transfer & Limousine availability, and may be made by the user, or the passenger, even after the agreement has been concluded in accordance with paragraph 4 and the payments described therein.

For transfer service, the specified price is for a start and end address. An additional fee, according to the current price structure (see section 4 below), will be added per stop along the immediate route.

1.1.3 For bookings per hour, the trip must always be terminated in the same municipal area as the pick-up point. Bookings per hour always begin at the time of pickup that was confirmed when booking was made.

1.2 VEHICLE CLASS / VEHICLE MODEL, UPGRADE

The user can choose between different vehicle classes (eg “Business Class”, “Business Van / SUV” or “First Class”) for their travel inquiry.

The vehicle images shown in the Gothia Transfer & Limousine web page are merely illustrative examples. They are not associated with the right to a specific vehicle model for the booked vehicle category.

In the case of availability, upgrading from the “Business Class” vehicle class to a higher vehicle class (eg “Business Van” or “First Class”), without any additional cost to the user, may be possible.

1.3 TRANSPORT SAFETY, CONSEQUENCES
1.3.1 LUGGAGE, ANIMALS

The price stated in the booking confirmation includes the number of travel effects specified in the booking form. Additional luggage, unintentional baggage and transport of animals not mentioned as a further comment at the time of booking may result in the corresponding additional charges; The booking fee will also be higher, as stated in the booking confirmation (see section 2 below).

Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to refuse the inclusion of travel effects and / or animals not agreed in advance. This also applies to animals not transported in a closed or suitable shipping bag.

1.3.2 TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN

The need for car, child seats must be requested by the user as a further comment by specifying the number of children to be transported as well as their age, as well as the requested type of car seat.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine recommends that parents have their own highchairs, but we can arrange one for an additional charge per seat (tell you that you need a baby chair when making your booking by age and weight).

1.3.3INFORMATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS AND PIECES OF LUGGAGE

The maximum number of passengers and travel effects specified for a particular vehicle is an estimate based on factors such as passenger and travel effects size and weight. This is therefore not binding.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine may deny the carriage of passengers or travel effects if it considers that it implies a departure from the terms of space and safety

1.3.4 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSPORT

Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to deny transport for mandatory requirements (for example, according to applicable laws) under section 1.3, not at all, or incorrectly, communicated by the user as a further comment.

If transport as a result of this is not possible, it has no effect on Gothia Transfer & Limousine payment through the arrangement agreement with the user for the booked transport.

1.4 DELAYS

Compensation for exceptional situations, such as air traffic strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc. can only be made to a limited extent, which means that longer waiting times, or last-minute cancellations, must be accepted by the user.

1.5 CANCELLATIONS, CHANGE IN BOOKING AND SUBMISSION TO FIND

If you do not see your driver at a certain pickup point, do not leave before contacting our office, we will refer you to your driver.

If you leave without contacting our office, you will be charged for the full cost of the trip (or a no-show fee).

If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular and hotel pickups and up to 60 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes by rail, after the booked pick-up time. We will then try to reach you by calling you on your mobile phone, your home phone or your contact person’s phone number depending on the type of download.

If we do not get a response, we will release the car and you will be billed for a “No Show”, which will be full fare for the trip (or no show fee) plus any waiting time charges.

1.5.1 AUTHORIZATION OF WAITING TIME

To authorize the driver to wait, call the office to approve the waiting time. If we do not hear from you after the timeframe, we will contact you again, if no contact is made, you will be billed for the trip plus the waiting time. Therefore, a “No Show” fee is equal to the travel cost plus any waiting time charged when the passenger does not arrive at the designated location. If you can not find the driver, call: to avoid a “no show” fee.

2.1 CANCELLATION
(A) TRANSFERSERVICE

For transfer services, cancellations are free of charge if they happen more than 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. If there is twenty four hours or less left for the agreed pickup period, the full price must be paid. Cancellations can only be made through the cancellation feature on our website or by calling the office.

(B) BOOKING PER HOUR

For bookings per hour, cancellations are free of charge if they occur more than 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. If there is 24 hours or less left for the contract collection time, the full price must be paid. Cancellations can only be made through the cancellation feature on our website.

(C) SPACIAL BOOKINGS

For longer assignments (days), with many passengers and more cars, or with a vehicle more days, advance payment is applied.

Upon acceptance of the quotation, 90% of the sum will be paid by Bank transfer at Gothia Transfer & Limousin Bank account no later than 14 days prior to the date of the assignment to the reservation / reservation shall be valid, The remaining 10% must be received on the account no later than the day of the assignment. Unless the amount specified is paid within the stipulated time, the assignment is considered canceled.

(D) CANCELLATION AND REFUND SPECIAL BOOKINGS

2.1.1 CHANGE IN THE BOOKING

Changes in bookings are generally considered as new bookings. The cancellation policy guidelines (see section 1.5 above) therefore apply to the originally agreed trip. Consequently, Gothia Transfer & Limousine may request a replacement claim for the originally agreed trip.

2.1.3 NO-SHOWS WITHOUT CANCELLATION, DELAY TO THE USER

In the event of failure to appear without cancellation, the user loses the right to transport whit Gothia Transfer & Limousine.

(A) TRANSFERSERVICE

A trip is deemed to be exhausted if the user, or the passenger, does not arrive without cancellation within 30 minutes of the agreed pick-up time at the agreed pick-up point. If a customer does not arrive, the trip must be paid in full, while any additional fees for the waiting period will not apply.

For pickups at airports and train stations (only remote train stations), the journey is deemed to be exhausted if the user or passenger does not arrive without cancellation within 60 minutes of flight and 30 minutes for rail after the agreed pick-up time at the agreed pick-up point. In addition, flight or train delays, or early arrivals or trains, will result in an adjustment of the agreed pick-up time, where the adjustment consists of the scheduled time period between the scheduled arrival time and the original pick-up time. If a customer does not arrive, the trip must be paid in full, while any additional fees for the waiting period will not apply.

Exceptions to this rule are situations where Gothia Transfer & Limousine and the passenger by telephone have agreed a delayed pick-up time. Possible additional fees for waiting time shall be as described in section 4.3.1. In general, the passenger is not entitled to change the collection time.

(B) HOURLY BOOKINGS

A trip is considered exhausted if the user or passenger does not arrive without cancellation after they have booked the times after the agreed pick-up time at the agreed pick-up point has passed. If a customer does not arrive, the trip must be paid in full.

For pickups at airports and train stations (only remote train stations) the journey is deemed to be exhausted if the user or passenger does not arrive without cancellation after booking the times after the agreed pick-up time at the agreed pick-up point has passed. In addition, flight or train delays, or premature flights or trains lead to a shift in the agreed pick-up time in relation to the scheduled time period between the scheduled arrival time and the original pick-up time. If a customer does not arrive, the trip must be paid in full.

Exceptions to this rule are situations where Gothia Transfer & Limousine and the passenger by telephone have agreed a delayed pick-up time. Bookings per hour always begin at the time of pickup that was confirmed when booking was made in accordance with Section 2.1 (B). Consequently, charges for possible extensions of bookings per hour should be added as described in section 4.2. In general, the passenger is not allowed to change the pickup time.

The following rules of conduct apply to the user when traveling with Gothia Transfer & Limousine:

3.1 During the trip as a whole, all passengers must comply with applicable regulations in accordance with the relevant traffic regulations, in particular with regard to safety belts. The passenger is responsible for the regulation of fines in the case of a police check for unused seat belt.

All instructions given by Gothia Transfer & Limousine must be followed.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine is responsible for ensuring a safe journey. Consequently, it is forbidden for passengers to open doors while driving, throwing objects from the vehicle and / or stretching body parts or screaming from the vehicle. If the user wishes to use devices or facilities in the vehicle, short instructions are required by Gothia Transfer & Limousine.

3.1.1 DAMAGES AFTER AFFILIATE ACTION

Gothia Transfer & Limousine will charge you the cost of cleaning vehicles due to user or passenger negligence in the event of damage to the vehicle. You also accept and confirm to pay all related costs and charges to bring the car back to its normal condition.

Smoking in the passenger compartment is forbidden. If the user or the passenger ignores this, it is obliged to pay the cost of cleaning the vehicle and to compensate for the loss of income as a result of the vehicle being temporarily unused.

Ingestion of food is avoided. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in the car with the prior consent.

4.1 PRINCIPLES

Gothia Transfer & Limousine replacement requirements are stated in the booking confirmation.

The key key factors (including replacement for Gothia Transfer & Limousine expenses for the arranged transport service) are: the selected vehicle class, the distance, the distance in advance, the travel time, and possibly the location.

Additional booked special requests, such as multi-lingual drivers, individual vehicle marking, additional stops, impeccable luggage, car seats etc. can lead to price increases.

4.2 CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION

Even after the event agreement has been concluded, and even after the trip has begun, users (and passengers) may make changes to the travel arrangement, provided that it is possible for Gothia Transfer & Limousine.

If a trip is canceled (in terms of distance or number of hours) according to the user or passenger’s request, the actual service (total distance or total number of hours) will be re-calculated and priced according to the current price structure. For bookings per hour, each additional period is charged in 30 minutes. Consequently, the first extra minute is rounded up to half an hour to ensure more reliable planning.

Thus, the compensation requirement for the user increases as Gothia Transfer & Limousine expenses for the transport agreement to the benefit of the user increase in the same way.

If the distance or number of hours becomes less than originally booked, that price does not affect.

5.1. TRANSFER SERVICE TERMS

For transfer services, no additional charges apply when traveling from airports and train stations (excluding long-distance stations) for a waiting time of up to 60 minutes for flights and 30 minutes for rail, after the agreed pick-up time, taking into account flight or train delays or early arrivals or train, causes an adjustment of the agreed pick-up time, where the adjustment consists of the scheduled time period between the scheduled arrival time and the original pick-up time. Otherwise, up to 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Each additional minute’s waiting time is calculated at a fixed price, including VAT, according to the hourly bookings for the relevant municipal area and vehicle category.

5.1.1.1 Gothia Transfer & Limousine controls all domestic and international flights.

An hour before the driver is sent begins billing for information from the official arrival time (ETA).
For pickup at the train station, the same procedure applies as at airport pickups, as opposed to 30 min before arrival time (ETA) and 20 min wait time after the arrival of the train.

5.1.1 ADDITIONAL KILOMETERS FOR HOURLY BOOKINGS

Bookings per hour include the kilometers (per hour) listed in the booking form (or by phone). Any additional kilometer is subject to an additional fee, including VAT, and is calculated according to the price per kilometer for the relevant municipal area, as well as the vehicle category.

5.1.2 PARKING

All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees apply (usually SEK 45 – 150 SEK depending on time). We do not charge for parking, these charges go directly to the airport parking spaces.

5.1.3 BRIDGE AND OTHER CHARGE ROADS

Gothia Transfer & Limousine charges for any road, bridge and other charges that may arise during the journey to destination destinations.

5.1.4 TOLLS

All return tolls are invoiced to the customer depending on the trip.
Gothia Transfer & Limousine charges for all return tolls to and from the intended destination.
Gothia Transfer & Limousine, only collect tolls, We do not charge for them.

The user can pay for the trip by credit card. Gothia Transfer & Limousine does not pay fees incurred in connection with the credit card purchase. Any transaction fees when paying by bank transfer (eg due to different currencies or different local accounts) are paid by the user.

6.1 PAYMENT REMINDERS, UNPAID CREDIT CARD INVOICES

For each payment reminder, Gothia Transfer & Limousine may charge an applicable reminder fee.
For unpaid credit card debts, Gothia Transfer & Limousine charges the user for incurred costs (bank or credit card company) and reserves the right to claim an appropriate shipping fee per opportunity.

6.1.1 INVOICE, PAYMENT DATE

For corporate customers with established corporate accounts, all payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Payments that have not been received within the time allowed, interest expense will be charged on 25% year or 3.5% month.

For individual accounts and personal profiles, all payments should be received after execution of the ride. For credit card holders the total fee will be debited to their credit card upon completion of the trip.

6.1.2. For corporate customers with established corporate accounts, Specific invoices will be sent regularly for 10 days (every 15 or 30 days).

For individual accounts and personal profiles specified invoices are sent only upon request.

6.1.3 COLLECTION FEES

The user, the passenger agrees to pay all legal advice fees, litigation fees, attorney’s fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and expenses for all actions taken before, during and after the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments of non-payment.

6.1.4 DISPUTES

For corporate customers with established corporate accounts, all fees in the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt, unless we receive an objection within 10 days from the invoice date. Copies of the dispute under dispute must be mailed or sent to us and the disputed charges or object shall be stated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and refundable.

For individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges for the customer’s credit card will be deemed to be correct if we do not receive an objection within 15 days from the charging date in writing. Copies of bank statements or credit cards slip or coupons must be mailed or sent to us and the disputed fees or items must be stated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and refundable.

7.1 PRINCIPLES

Gothia Transfer & Limousine is responsible for damage arising from Gothia Transfer & Limousine or their deputy agents and subcontractors, either intentionally or as a result of gross negligence. Gothia Transfer & Limousine, as well as all drivers hired for the travel service, are neither deputy agents nor subcontractors to Gothia Transfer & Limousine. Instead, Gothia Transfer & Limousine arranges for the user a direct transport right through Gothia Transfer & Limousine.

In the event of injuries arising from negligence, only Gothia Transfer & Limousine is responsible for violations of basic contractual obligations, as well as for predictable and typical injuries. Fundamental contractual obligations are those which, when fulfilled, allow for proper implementation of the agreement and which the user can rely on.

Limitation of Liability does not apply in connection with an explicit guarantee of condition and quality in case of intentional damage to life, body or health, as well as claims under the Product Liability Act.

7.2 CONTENTS IN GOTHIA TRANSFER & LIMOUSINE TOOLS

Gothia Transfer & Limousine is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness or actuality of the free content and programs distributed under the name of the tool, Gothia Transfer & Limousine, or for any damage that may arise, except to the extent that such damage is caused intentionally or with gross negligence by Gothia Transfer & Limousine. This applies to all types of damage, especially damage caused by errors, delays or discontinuances in the transmission or technical equipment and service issues, incorrect content, omission, loss or erasure of data, viruses or otherwise resulting from the use of this online offer. Furthermore, Gothia Transfer & Limousine is not responsible for the availability or effectiveness of the offered features.

7.3 WEBSITE OFF THIRD PARTY

Gothia Transfer & Limousine accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality and functionality of third-party websites referenced via links. Access to these pages via hyperlinks is done at the user’s risk.

7.4 CORRECTITY OF THE CONDUCT, DISPOSAL OF THE SERVICE

Gothia Transfer & Limousine accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete or that it reaches the user or driver on time. This does not apply to content in the booking confirmation.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine is not responsible for interruption of access to Gothia Transfer & Limousine utilities due to excessive power or events except Gothia Transfer & Limousine liability, especially in the event of communication network failure and / or gateway. Gothia Transfer & Limousine does not guarantee that the site is functioning continuously or flawlessly, or that any errors will be resolved.

The User disclaims Gothia Transfer & Limousine from all claims and expenses, including applicable law fees, imposed on third party Gothia Transfer & Limousine if the user uses Gothia Transfer & Limousine tools in a manner that violates the agreement or violates these terms.

The content of the Gothia Transfer & Limousine tool is subject to copyright protection.

Gothia Transfer & Limousine grants the user a conditional and revocable right to use the Gothia Transfer & Limousine tools as pertained by complying with these terms. Any use in addition to this (changes, copies, reprisals, transfers, distribution or other unauthorized purposes) is prohibited.

10.1 ENTIRETY, WRITING

These terms and conditions are the complete agreement between Gothia Transfer & Limousine and the user for the service. Some additional agreements do not exist. Changes and additions to this agreement must be made in writing. digital form is not enough. The same applies to changes or additions to this written form.

10.2 MODIFICATION RESERVATION

Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to change these terms. Notification of the change is made as a one-sided declaration by publishing the new terms on the Gothia Transfer & Limousine website and informing the user. If the user does not oppose the new terms within 14 days after the information has been published, the new terms apply to the user. Continued use of Gothia Transfer & Limousine service then depends on the user’s acceptance of the terms.

10.3 REDUCTION, QUALITY AND ALLOCATION

The user may only settle undisputed or legally determined counter claim against. This Gothia Transfer & Limousine also applies to the user’s message about shortcomings.

The user may only claim a right of detention if the user’s counterclaim derives from the same contractual relationship.

Allotment of the user’s claims from the contractual relationship with third parties without Gothia Transfer & Limousine’s written consent is excluded.

10.4 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For all legal relationships between Gothia Transfer & Limousine and the user, the applicable law in Sweden applies to domestic operations.

Place of performance is Gothenburg.

Exceptional jurisdiction is Gothenburg, provided that the user is a buyer in accordance with the Trade Act, or, in the case of prosecution, has no permanent residence in Sweden. Legally binding jurisdictions remain unaffected.

10.5 UNLAWFUL AGREEMENTS OF AGREEMENTS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions appears to be invalid, unattainable or contain loopholes, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The parties are required to replace the invalid, lawful or inalienable provisions with the closest parties’ opinion, financial purpose and intentions.
