1.1 TRANSFER TRAVEL / BOOKINGS
We recommend that our customers book a car in advance (free of charge) to be guaranteed a car at the time of collection. We can provide you with a car with short notice by telephone or online, subject to availability.
1.1.1 TRANSFER RIDES /,HOURLY BOOKINGS CHANGE IN SERVICE
The user can choose between transfer journeys and bookings per hour in his booking request. If the travel request, in accordance with the user’s or the passenger’s express request, requires additional efforts in comparison to the original travel request, Gothia Transfer & Limousine shall be responsible for the possible travel. Such an amendment may result in additional costs for the individual agreement (see section 4 for more information).
Changes to the travel arrangements are subject to Gothia Transfer & Limousine availability, and may be made by the user, or the passenger, even after the agreement has been concluded in accordance with paragraph 4 and the payments described therein.
p>1.1.1.1 The driver always meets the passenger at the baggage delivery or at the customs at the airport or at the airport mail hall or at the railway carriage with a sign with his or her last name on it, then the driver will escort the passenger to the designated vehicle seat (assist with baggage).
1.1.2
For transfer service, the specified price is for a start and end address. An additional fee, according to the current price structure (see section 4 below), will be added per stop along the immediate route.
1.1.3 For bookings per hour, the trip must always be terminated in the same municipal area as the pick-up point. Bookings per hour always begin at the time of pickup that was confirmed when booking was made.
1.2 VEHICLE CLASS / VEHICLE MODEL, UPGRADE
The user can choose between different vehicle classes (eg “Business Class”, “Business Van / SUV” or “First Class”) for their travel inquiry.
The vehicle images shown in the Gothia Transfer & Limousine web page are merely illustrative examples. They are not associated with the right to a specific vehicle model for the booked vehicle category.
In the case of availability, upgrading from the “Business Class” vehicle class to a higher vehicle class (eg “Business Van” or “First Class”), without any additional cost to the user, may be possible.
1.3 TRANSPORT SAFETY, CONSEQUENCES
1.3.1 LUGGAGE, ANIMALS
The price stated in the booking confirmation includes the number of travel effects specified in the booking form. Additional luggage, unintentional baggage and transport of animals not mentioned as a further comment at the time of booking may result in the corresponding additional charges; The booking fee will also be higher, as stated in the booking confirmation (see section 2 below).
Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to refuse the inclusion of travel effects and / or animals not agreed in advance. This also applies to animals not transported in a closed or suitable shipping bag.
1.3.2 TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN
The need for car, child seats must be requested by the user as a further comment by specifying the number of children to be transported as well as their age, as well as the requested type of car seat.
Gothia Transfer & Limousine recommends that parents have their own highchairs, but we can arrange one for an additional charge per seat (tell you that you need a baby chair when making your booking by age and weight).
1.3.3INFORMATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS AND PIECES OF LUGGAGE
The maximum number of passengers and travel effects specified for a particular vehicle is an estimate based on factors such as passenger and travel effects size and weight. This is therefore not binding.
Gothia Transfer & Limousine may deny the carriage of passengers or travel effects if it considers that it implies a departure from the terms of space and safety
1.3.4 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSPORT
Gothia Transfer & Limousine reserves the right to deny transport for mandatory requirements (for example, according to applicable laws) under section 1.3, not at all, or incorrectly, communicated by the user as a further comment.
If transport as a result of this is not possible, it has no effect on Gothia Transfer & Limousine payment through the arrangement agreement with the user for the booked transport.
1.4 DELAYS
Compensation for exceptional situations, such as air traffic strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc. can only be made to a limited extent, which means that longer waiting times, or last-minute cancellations, must be accepted by the user.
1.5 CANCELLATIONS, CHANGE IN BOOKING AND SUBMISSION TO FIND
If you do not see your driver at a certain pickup point, do not leave before contacting our office, we will refer you to your driver.
If you leave without contacting our office, you will be charged for the full cost of the trip (or a no-show fee).
If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular and hotel pickups and up to 60 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes by rail, after the booked pick-up time. We will then try to reach you by calling you on your mobile phone, your home phone or your contact person’s phone number depending on the type of download.
If we do not get a response, we will release the car and you will be billed for a “No Show”, which will be full fare for the trip (or no show fee) plus any waiting time charges.
1.5.1 AUTHORIZATION OF WAITING TIME
To authorize the driver to wait, call the office to approve the waiting time. If we do not hear from you after the timeframe, we will contact you again, if no contact is made, you will be billed for the trip plus the waiting time. Therefore, a “No Show” fee is equal to the travel cost plus any waiting time charged when the passenger does not arrive at the designated location. If you can not find the driver, call: to avoid a “no show” fee.
